研究概要

有机催化剂催化的Staudinger环化[1-4]

开发了一种有机催化剂体系,通过促进烯酰氯(一种烯酮前体)与亚胺之间的不对称[2 + 2]环加成反应合成β – 内酰胺。

溶液中氟离子生成的研究[5]

Lectka等人巧妙地设计了氟原子可以发生与相邻基团的相互作用的实验,证明了这种氟离子的干预的假设。

各种C-H氟化反应的开发[6-8]

开发出了通过铜催化或者光照条件对sp3C-H进行氟化反应的开发。
