研究概要

应用MIDA硼酸酯连续构筑骨架法的开发[1]

硼酸N-甲基亚胺基二醋酸(MIDA)酯是在各种化学条件下能够稳定存在的硼酸保护基。比如无保护的硼酸在Suzuki-Miyaura反应下发生偶联反应,而MIDA硼酸酯则不反应。

利用它的这个特性,用带有MIDA硼酸酯做机构单元,各类偶联反应→脱保护重复进行,便轻松实现了复杂化合物的简易合成策略。以下例子就是用该方法成功合成天然产物青霉素。[2]

还有2015年,将这个方法的特性最大限度的活用,成功开发了“一键”就可自动合成复杂有机化合物的装置。[3]。
