羧酸C–H 键的活化[1]

通常很难在没有对羧酸进行保护的情况下直接反应羧酸。van Gemmeren已经成功地开发了羧酸的β-C(sp3)-H芳基化、酰氧基化和氘化。

不使用导向基团的芳香族化学物的C–H 键的活化[2]

使用吡啶、N-乙酰氨基酸和钯的组合作为催化剂,在没有导向基团的情况下,开发了芳香族化合物的烯化、氰化和氘化反应。
